frosty already?
now I’m going to have nightmares, too. (I haven’t even started my Christmas shopping!)

Deb October 29, 2008 at 11:03 am

these clowns are the LEAST of her problems, assuming that is your daughter.

Jillene October 29, 2008 at 1:40 pm

WOW–very CREEPY!!

Kelly October 29, 2008 at 1:51 pm

VERY VERY CREEPY! I wish the “malls” would actually look at the costumes before they release them upon children! I have a photo of my daughter with the Easter Bunny and he gives me nightmares!

Eudea-Mamia October 29, 2008 at 1:51 pm

LOVE her stance! Like – “no way in HELL, you crazy elf!”

Is that a bear or a wolf?

Yes, I would start saving, now.

A snowman and a…a…rat?

Laura October 29, 2008 at 2:34 pm

Now that is SO very funny!

Lori of I'm no super Mom October 29, 2008 at 3:46 pm

SERIOUSLY!!!! Those are SCARY, why would you put them in a mall??

angie October 29, 2008 at 4:05 pm

Kind of gave me the creeps too! :)

Kristina P. October 29, 2008 at 4:10 pm

Your blog is working from my home computer now!

And that picture is seriously creepy.

Oh, and shipping was $8.

Tiaras and Tantrums October 29, 2008 at 5:15 pm

poor kid!

ktmay October 29, 2008 at 5:48 pm

NO DOUBT!!!! i never made my kids sit on santa’s lap (or the easter bunny for that matter). If they WANTED to do it, great. i have very few photos of them with santa claus, and i’m okay with that, because strangers in freaky costumes scare ME too!

jenn3 October 29, 2008 at 6:26 pm

Yeah, kinda creepy. Okay, very creepy. Haha.

Kimber October 29, 2008 at 7:29 pm

That’s actually quite a funny photo. She doesn’t look too sure about those characters.

Brittany October 29, 2008 at 9:11 pm

I would have peed, right there on the floor.

ParentingPink October 29, 2008 at 9:14 pm

Yep, she’ll be in my office soon – give it another year or two :-)

Great photo, I think… :-)

Kristy October 29, 2008 at 10:00 pm

LOL! It scares me too! btw…you’ve been tagged…see my blog for details!

Steve October 29, 2008 at 10:24 pm

Monty Pyhton comes to mind: “Run away! Run away!”

Jenni Jiggety October 29, 2008 at 11:38 pm

Okay…that is pretty creepy! Whoever thought those costumes would be a good idea should be fired!

Chitown Meg October 30, 2008 at 12:41 am

OH MAN!!!! hilarious :)

Amy October 30, 2008 at 12:53 am

We’ve given up saving for college for our kids. We’re building a therapy fund instead. Happy WW!

GNO Gals, Jyl and Carissa October 30, 2008 at 1:18 am

That’s funny not the picture so much but YOUR reaction. nightmares eh?

And..I didn’t win the awful weekend contest? Crap.

I did enter Beadiful’s contest. And I don’t usually, but for you? Yes.

And since I love Wandermom. Am happy about the trade.

There. done.

Kelli @ Gohn Crazy October 30, 2008 at 2:43 am

*L* kinda creepy but she seems to be taking it well.

Amy October 30, 2008 at 4:37 pm

WOW! I am still on gardening thoughts, frosty and holiday stuff — argh!!

My friend always tells me that as good parents we are suppose to set our children up for at least 20 years of therapy!

Live.Love.Eat October 30, 2008 at 5:37 pm

Hey there! Thanks for visiting. I see I didn’t get to make my full rounds of Angie’s WW. She’s getting SO many people. That pic is kinda funny if you ask me……..

Michelle October 30, 2008 at 5:38 pm

Thanks for coming by my blog! I love this picture of your daughter. I never liked characters either…..or Santa for that matter. My girls have only sit on Santa’s lap twice and it was because my mom took them. :)

Jen October 30, 2008 at 5:48 pm

that is really kinda of funny though.

AmySprite October 30, 2008 at 8:34 pm

Thank you for providing the best laugh I’ve had all day! What is that figure to the left supposed to be?? A rat soldier… a teddy bear in garish clothing… a helpmeet to the freakishly thin snowman??

Too funny.

Lorina October 30, 2008 at 9:05 pm

Haha.. That is the creepiest thing ever! Poor thing.

KatieZ October 30, 2008 at 9:56 pm

Your pics are great! I love the shoes on the sand from the other post. But the Xmas one is great too! Some of those things just scare the heck out of ya!

sassy stephanie October 30, 2008 at 11:07 pm

Holy crap. That would scare the hell outta me, too.

Simply AnonyMom October 30, 2008 at 11:51 pm

ADORABLE! My hubby plays frosty at all work chrstmas functions. THe kids are scared of him. Each year we et a pic of them with frosty and they look terrified. One year maybe he wll talk to them while in costume to ease their fears…maybe ;D

Oregon Elkhorns October 31, 2008 at 1:00 am

OK so the over sized scary Mouse I want a background check on. I think I smelled Gin on the breath of weird snowman dude. Good girl for staying away. The next test is the bearded guy in the black van who wants you to help him find fido…

Susan October 31, 2008 at 2:17 am

Yeah! I agree with you. Some of those characters are just freaky.
I am amazed that my son has never cried over a single costumed character.
